We have our own CCTV monitored off-street car park, we offer excellent
breakfast for which we have proudly earned an Enjoy England award, and sensible tariffs – please,

The A1 trunk road passes just a mile to the west, while many
Inter-City and local trains, along with frequent bus services, afford
excellent transport links to busy Newcastle upon Tyne and the rest of
the country. Cottingburn house makes the ideal base for a touring
